Morgan
Morgan has 10 years experience as a personal trainer and 14 years training history.
Morgan has competed in many things but most recently an Ironman competition and an ultra marathon.
Morgan doesn’t stop learning and doesn’t stop pushing his limits both mentally and physically.

Sam
Sam is a personal trainer with a background as a professional ballerina, bringing a deep understanding of movement, mobility, and conditioning.
She specializes in strength training, weight management, and helping clients build lasting confidence.
Sam is passionate about creating personalized programs that support long-term health and well-being.
In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga and listening to electronic music.
Nesa
Nesa has 4 years experience as a personal trainer and 10 year training history. Nesa has also competed in the IFBB Body Building Federation's figure division demonstrating a real-world understanding of muscle building and physique transformation.
With a depth of knowledge in nutrition, and strength and hypertrophy training, Nesa is here to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
In her spare time, Nesa enjoys cooking and watching Formula 1.

- 2017 IFBB Figure Novice Division: 1st place
- 2017 Arnold Classic Figure Novice Division: 2nd place; Figure Open Division: 5th place

Coen
Coen has had almost 6 years of experience in the gym and has helped 100’s of people with their health and fitness.
“My goal as manager is create the best possible environment for you to stay consistent with your training, achieve your health and fitness goals, and most importantly, feel comfortable and welcome while doing so”.
Coen loves the NRL — specifically the Titans — and is a massive geography nerd, so see if you can test him on his knowledge.
Kyle
Kyle has a Bachelor degree in Exercise Science and has been training for 6–7 years.
With a great background knowledge in nutrition he is a well rounded coach with experience in fat loss as well as muscle building and strength.
Aside from coaching, Kyle is also a big footy fan. Don't say anything bad to him about the Brisbane Lions or the Broncos!
